- Choose the right crops and periods: Potassium humate fertilizer is more effective on root crops, such as radish, potato, sweet potato, etc. The effect may be better when used in key periods such as after crop transplanting, before flowering, swelling, and color change.
- Consider the particularity of drip irrigation: If drip irrigation is used, it should be noted that potassium humate fertilizer will precipitate when it encounters calcium and magnesium ions in the water. To prevent clogging of the drip irrigation holes, the drip irrigation time should be minimized, and small amounts should be applied multiple times and the solution should be fully diluted.
